Order will be processed upon reciept of payment in the event of a money order, or upon bank clearing for a personal check. Please make note when sending a personal check, this could delay your order by as many as 7-10 business days

All items on ADA Appliances.com will ship with a different carrier depending on the destination. Sorry, but we only take orders within the contiguous 48 states. No International Orders

Shipping Time Frames

Shipping time frames are specifically listed by each product. Please make sure you are fully aware of the time frame again, indicated by the particular product.


If you decide you want to cancel an order, it must be done within the first 48 hours, otherwise there will be no cancellations.

Custom Color Cancellations – A custom color are any colors other than stainless on any of the Pro Style Product Lines. These lines include the following: Thermador,Summit etc. You will not be able to cancel any custom color order after 12 hours

Delivery Policies

We reserve the right to choose which shipping method your item is selected for.  We reserve the right to choose the best shipping method for your appliances.

  • Small Appliances – Anything usually under 60-70 lbs will go UPS Standard 5 Day ground. If you need the appliance before then, you will be responsible for the extra shipping charges. This may include any standard gas or electric cooktop, undercounter refrigerators, etc.
  • Medium Appliances – Medium appliances all ship standard freight, which is usually delivery to your dock. No inside delivery will be given for these appliances. This will include any standard range, washers and dryers, pro style cooktops, or anything typically falling under 300 lbs.

Damaged Orders

It is your responsibility at the time of delivery to inspect the merchandise, especially for large appliances. If the packaging looks damaged do not sign for the delivery until the item is inspected, Uncrate all items before acceptance. otherwise, when you sign for the package you accept full responsibility. You have up to 12 hours to contact our office either by phone or email to let us know if something is damaged. We advise even if you do not intend to install it right away to check and make sure it arrived intact otherwise the claim will be up to you and we will not be responsible for the damage because if you wait more than 12 hours, its near impossible to know if it was the shipper that caused the damage and we will not be able to file a claim with the shipping company. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to rectify the problem incurred by damage.

Product Returns or Exchanges

If an item is damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping, and we will get the correct item to you at no extra cost. This rarely ever happens, but unfortunately it does happen every once-in-a-while. If we shipped an incorrect item to you or if you received a damaged item, we apologize. Please let us know immediately and we will correct the situation. Any cancellations due to any other reason other than damage or wrong product will not be allowed. Please be assured that all appliances come with a manufacturer warranty. So any potential problem related to a defect can be handled through the warranty and won’t need to be returned. We will be glad to assist you with any warranty concerns.

Do We Charge For Shipping?

Nationwide Appliance Delivery Information

The following delivery terms apply for Nationwide delivery area, excluding the Houston Texas region.


  • You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
  • A representative from one of our freight companies will contact you by phone to arrange delivery.
  • Delivery will be arranged within a specific 4 hour time period (most of the time), so you won’t have to spend all day waiting for your delivery. Some carriers have an 8 hour window, but we do our best with each carrier.
  • From the time you order, you can expect delivery in 2-6 weeks depending on what line you ordered. Please see product descriptions for accurate shipping times.
  • You will recieve a conformation that you order has been shipped along with the tracking number either by fax or email.

Greater Houston Area Delivery Information

  • You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
  • The delivery will be conducted in a professional manner and every precaution will be taken to avoid any damage to your home.
  • Please be sure the entire pathway to your new appliance’s destination is clear.
  • Please be aware that certain installations require further work, often requiring a licensed professional. We do that too! Let us know how we can help.
